Bei meinem Praktikum bei Die Wurzel in Nürnberg habe ich richtig gesunde Ernährung kennen und schätzen gelernt.
Das Wissen über gesunde Nahrung ging dabei weit über mein Studium der Integrativen Gesundheitsförderung hinaus. Jetzt, nach Ende meines Studiums, möchte ich mit dieser Webseite Stück für Stück gute Produkte aus der Rohkostszene und Produkte für Rohköstler zusammentragen.
